We are hiring for a RN Lead at the Magic Valley Cardiology clinic!
The clinic offers a wide range of services and are committed to providing expert care and treatment for a wide range of cardiology diagnosis. The Magic Valley Cardiology clinic is unique as we provide general cardiology care as well as treatment and management of implantable cardiac devices. We partner closely with our counterparts in Treasure Valley to provide additional specialized care such as electrophysiology and the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
What You Can Expect:
As the RN Lead, you will provide direct patient care while serving as a day-to-day clinical leader within our clinic. This role blends hands-on nursing with team leadership and operational oversight as needed.
In this role, you can expect to provide expert clinical care, including:

In person and over the phone triage and other clinical tasks as assigned

Close collaboration with physicians and APPs

Support and guidance for other clinical and non-clinical staff
Lead and support the team by:

Providing daily oversight of staffing, workflows, and patient care

Serving as clinic content expert

Supporting clinical decision-making and resolving team or workflow concerns

Training, mentoring, and supporting skill development for clinic staff

Ensuring evidence-based practice standards are consistently met

Partnering with system and clinic leaders to improve patient outcomes and operational performance

Step in when clinic leadership team is not on sight
Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekend/holidays! I will Jen speak to this.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

Experience: 3 years' nursing experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience or progressive informal leadership

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Idaho and the ability to obtain a Nevada license and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
