Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview
A growing home health organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support for a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving positive patient outcomes throughout the service area.
The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional home health services and developing high-performing clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and clinical oversight for home health operations and patient care services.

Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, Medicare regulations, and agency policies.

Supervise and support nursing staff to promote quality patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and care coordination activities.

Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Assist with quality improvement initiatives and achievement of organizational goals.

Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance management.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 3-5 years of RN experience.

Previous leadership or management experience in home health, community health, or clinical settings preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
