Position Details:

Location: Winter Haven Hospital, 200 Avenue F NE, Winter Haven, FL 33881
Status: Pool
Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
On Call: Yes
Always in person

The Procedural RN responsibilities include:

RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

For this position a minimum of 18 months of RN experience is required. A minimum of one-year of Endoscopy RN experience is required for consideration for this role.

Requirements:

RN (Registered Nurse) License
Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
BLS certification
ACLS certification with the American Heart Association preferred
PALS certification with the American Heart Association preferred
Required Experience: 1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional / procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or interventional / procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.
