The24-bed3W Oncology Unit specializes in the management and treatment of various forms of cancer.As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)on 3W, you will provide clinical supervision and coordinate unit operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Nurse Manager. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills andthe patientexperience through improvement initiatives and incentives. 30% of your day will consist of administrative responsibilitiessuch as scheduling, overseeing policy compliance andparticipatingon unit andhospital committees, while the other 70% will be focused on hands-on patient care. This position offersa great wayto gain extensive leadership experience while continuing to provide the best support and treatment possible.
A caregiver in this position works nights from7:00PM – 7:30AM.

Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
