Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant or LPN , you will support clinical operations by assisting providers and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient workflows within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:

Assistingproviderswithpatientexaminations,procedures,andtreatments

Obtainingpatienthistoriesandpreparingpatientsforvisits

Performingroutinelabproceduresandpreparingspecimensfortransporttothelab

Followingupontestordersandcommunicatingresultstoprovidersandpatients
-
Maintainingpatienteducationmaterials
-
Creatingandupdatingpatientrecordsintheelectronicmedicalrecord(EMR)
-
Maintainingmedicalequipmentandclinicalsupplies
-
EnsuringcompliancewithOSHAandCLIAregulations
-
Performingotherdutiesasassigned

Qualifications
Education
Required:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent(GED)
Preferred:
- CompletionofaMedicalAssistantprogramorrelatedtechnicaltraining
Experience

Licensure / Certification
Required:

ApprovedMedicalAssistantCertificationwithinsix(6)monthsofhire OR proofofactivelicense/certificationasoneofthefollowing:

NREMT(NationallyRegisteredEmergencyMedicalTechnician)

Paramedic

LicensedPracticalNurse(LPN)
