📝 Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments in a home setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Assist with complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support
- Monitor health status, manage clinical paperwork, and provide medication reminders
  - Maintain clear, reliable communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
- ✔️ What We Are Looking For:
  - Active Massachusetts LPN License (Required)
  - A compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic
  - Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments is a plus
  - Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
  - Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time
