Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
-
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.

Monitor and report patient conditions, behaviors, and concerns to licensed nursing staff.

Support patient mobility, positioning, and transfers while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.

Assist with obtaining and documenting vital signs as directed.

Provide compassionate care while preserving patient dignity and confidentiality.

Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Minimum Requirements
-
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state and client requirements.

One year of nursing assistant experience preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions.

Current CPR certification, if applicable.
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if required.

Current health certificate, per contract or state regulations.
-
Ability to comply with all applicable professional standards of practice.

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Orientation & Training
This facility provides a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to set you up for success:

Two orientation sessions held monthly.

Approximately two weeks of initial training through the facility's training department.

Up to six weeks of total orientation support.
