Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated nursing team within a youth residential school program. This is a year-round opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals by supporting their health and wellness in a structured residential setting.
Position Details

Location: Lancaster, MA

Facility Type: Youth Residential School

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duration: 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

Pay Rate: $55/hour
Key Responsibilities
-
Support and manage the Medication Administration Program in accordance with Massachusetts school regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records.

Conduct state-mandated health screenings (e.g., vision, hearing) and immunization surveillance.

Provide triage and intervention for injuries, illnesses, and emergencies.

Collaborate with staff to develop and implement health education programs for students and staff.

Serve as a health advocate within the residential community.
Qualifications
-
Valid Massachusetts RN license.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in child health, community health, or a related clinical setting.
