Clinical Research Nurse - Oncology
Qualifications

Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.

MUST HAVE Oncology nursing experience.

Proficiency with blood draws, specimen handling, and clinical documentation.

Experience using EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems.
Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 AM. Includes a brief team meeting on Friday
mornings (8:30-9:00 AM), with flexible scheduling earlier in the week to accommodate meeting time.
Clinical Research Nurse - Oncology
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct study visits for patients enrolled in Phase I oncology clinical trials.

Perform clinical assessments, obtain vital signs, and document findings in EPIC.

Collect, process, and coordinate laboratory specimens, including blood draws.

Pre-screen patients according to study protocol requirements.

Provide patient-centered oncology nursing care during clinical trial visits.

Collaborate with research staff to coordinate daily patient schedules and clinical activities.

Ensure adherence to clinical trial protocols, institutional policies, and nursing standards.

Support trial operations across multiple cancer center locations as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
