Kelly Government Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and Physicians (MDs/DOs) to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) disability examinations for U.S. Veterans applying for disability benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

About the Role
Providers perform non-treatment disability examinations for Veterans pursuing VA disability benefits.
Rather than providing medical care, you will conduct structured assessments, review medical documentation, complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and provide medical opinions when requested and supported by examination findings and documentation.
This role is focused on objective medical evaluation and documentation rather than traditional patient care.
What You'll Do

Conduct in-person disability examinations from your private office

Review medical records and supporting documentation

Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)

Provide medical opinions when requested and accompanied by a diagnosis, based on examination findings and documentation

Submit accurate and timely documentation in accordance with VA guidelines
-
Complete case submissions within 48 hours of the examination
Compensation

Competitive per-exam compensation

No minimum daily production requirements

Additional compensation available for qualifying medical opinions

Providers may earn up to $10,000+ per month depending on availability and completed examinations
-
$500 training completion bonus available for providers who complete required training within two weeks and successfully submit their first 25 DBQs

Minimum Requirements

Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (NP, PA, MD, or DO)

License free of sanctions/Clear NPDB

Minimum one year of clinical experience

Office located within approximately 50 of Eugene (65 miles for specialists)
