Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $33.22 Stipend (Lodging $770.00 + M&I $476.00) = $1,246.00
Total Comp :$2,441.92
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
- Days - 3x12, 36hours / week
Nursing Specialty: Oncology RN / Chemotherapy Nurse
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect patient care to chemotherapy patients.

Communicate effectively with physicians, NPs, nurse managers, and healthcare staff regarding patient conditions and policy updates.

Monitor patients and respond promptly to changes in clinical or unit conditions to ensure safe, quality care.

Administer chemotherapy medications and treatments as prescribed by qualified physicians/NPs.

Perform triage, patient education, counseling, supervision, delegation, and related administrative duties.

Initiate and maintain the computerized Plan of Care/Standard of Care upon admission.

Participate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Current RN license in the State of Oregon.

At least one year of acute care or medical/surgical nursing.

Previous Oncology Experience.
-
Oncology Nursing Certification or be prepared to obtain ideally within 3 years of date of hire.

BLS and ONS is required

Additional certifications may be required

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
