Compensation: $30.00-$34.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a supportive healthcare team. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a variety of scheduling options available.
The LPN will provide quality nursing care, monitor patient or resident needs, administer treatments and medications as permitted within the scope of practice, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to promote safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care.
Monitor patients/residents and recognize changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations and care plans.
Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with patients/residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow established infection-control, safety, and clinical procedures.
Assist with activities of daily living and other care needs as appropriate.
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Promote patient/resident dignity, comfort, independence, and safety.
Maintain compliance with applicable state and facility regulations.
Qualifications
Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred/required based on facility requirements.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or other healthcare settings is a plus.
