Shift Details:
Nursing Specialty: Operating Room RN
RN Duties & Responsibilities:

RNs should have comprehensive experience in Orthopedics, Robotics, Ophthalmology, Colorectal, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic, and General Surgery.

RNs must be skilled in circulating and assisting during a wide range of surgical procedures. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols across multiple specialties.

RNs must be adaptable, able to anticipate surgical team needs, and capable of providing support in both complex and routine procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient workflow in the operating room.
Minimum Qualifications

Current, valid, and unrestrictedCA RN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of one (1) year recent Operating Room nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital and have successfully completed formal training in the perioperative environment.

AHA BLS, ACLS,PALS, MAB or CPI

LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
