Total Comp: $2,669.76
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
Nursing Specialty: RN OR Circulator
RN - OR Circulator (Operating Room Circulating Nurse) Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, and supplies to ensure the room is ready for each procedure.

Serve as the patient's advocate during surgery and ensure patient safety, positioning, and privacy throughout the procedure.

Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technicians, and other members of the operating room team.

Monitor and document patient status, surgical activities, medications, specimens, and other required information.

Maintain compliance with sterile technique, infection-control standards and surgical safety protocols.

Assist with surgical counts, specimen handling, equipment needs, and timely communication throughout the procedure.
Minimum Qualifications

Active CA State Registered Nurse License
-
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years

Valid BLS / ACLS Certification
-
TB clearance done within the past 12 months.

Additional certifications may be required

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
