Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the Palmerton, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized care in a home setting.
As a 1:1 Homecare RN, you will have the opportunity to focus on a single patient, providing high-quality nursing care while improving their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with the physician's plan of care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and responses to care.

Collaborate with family members, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care needs.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
-
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS certification.
-
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Reliable transportation.
