Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health contract in Nederland, TX, and the surrounding service area .

Job Details
· Location: Nederland, TX 77627
· Coverage Area: Within a 60-mile radius of Nederland, TX
· Contract: November 2026 - February 2027
· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
· Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
· Pay Rate: $53.00-$55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits
· On-Call/Weekend: Required on a rotating basis
Responsibilities
· Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
· Assess patient conditions and monitor progress.
· Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
· Administer treatments and provide nursing interventions as needed.
· Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and disease management.
· Communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
· Participate in the required on-call and weekend rotation.
Requirements
· Current RN license.
· Home health nursing experience preferred.
· Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred.
· Ability to manage patient visits independently and complete accurate documentation.
· Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned service area.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
