👩⚕️ About the Role
As an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM), you’ll partner with leadership to drive excellence in:
✔️ Patient care & outcomes
✔️ Team leadership & staff development
✔️ Operational efficiency & staffing
✔️ Quality improvement & patient experience
This role offers shared 24/7 leadership accountability and the opportunity to directly influence both patient outcomes and team success.
🎓 What You’ll Need
✔️ Active RN license (Florida or Compact)
✔️ BLS certification (ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC as applicable)
✔️ BSN required (MSN/DNP preferred)
✔️ 2+ years RN experience in an acute care setting
