With an average daily census of 88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants. Now Hiring: Experienced NICU RNs
Shift: Full-time/Nights
Position Details:
🎓 What You’ll Gain:
- Shift differential pay for night shifts
- Day-one benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- RN to BSN Bridge Program – up to $16,000 in support
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Experience: NICU
- License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state
- Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
