Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient and family education on disease management and care techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Proven experience in home health care or similar nursing roles
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to visit client homes in Saline, MI
