How you'll contribute
A Wound Care RN who excels in this role:
Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes in accordance with hospital and nursing standards.
Assists in vein clinic after receiving Healogics Vein Clinic training and performs hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) related duties upon completion of Healogics hyperbaric training.
Serves as a Case Manager to a group of patients. This entails performing the initial nursing assessment, communicating findings with the assigned physician, assessing the wound stage and measurements, documenting care plans, evaluating the patient' status in regards to desired outcomes, and identifying patient care situations that require intervention.
Functions as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) in accordance with Healogics policy.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) or Master of Science (MSN) preferred
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care or home health nursing preferred
