Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading behavioral health facility in Tucson. This is a direct hire opportunity offering consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and patient progress

Support patients in accessing community resources and long-term recovery solutions
Qualifications

Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

Ability to commit to a fixed 12-hour shift (day or night)

Strong interest in behavioral health and patient-centered care

Open to both new grads and experienced nurses
Compensation
-
$42-$52/hour, based on experience

Weeknight Differential: +10%

Weekend Day Differential: +15%

Weekend Night Differential: +30%
