These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks , giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work-life balance. What You'll Do
-
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units
-
Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization
-
Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
-
Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources
-
Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
-
Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR
-
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
What We're Looking For
-
Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
-
BLS certification (required)
-
Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)

Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules

Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
-
Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates

Pay Details: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour
