Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Yuma, AZ.
This full-time, direct-hire opportunities provide long-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings

Support detoxification services and assist with crisis stabilization

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans

Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources

Maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic environment

Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in EMR systems
Qualifications

Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)

Current BLS certification (required)

Experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health

(Unit-dependent; residential experience preferred for residential roles)

Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a strong interest in behavioral health
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $42-$50/hour (based on experience)

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Inpatient & Crisis Units)
