Job Title: Clinical Nurse (RN) - MS/TELEMETRY
Schedule: Day Shift - 12 Hours
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours

Pay Range: $84 - $89 per hour (local candidates) DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telemetry Nurse(RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In this role, you will perform the full nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The Clinical Nurse collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams and patient families to ensure coordinated, safe, and effective care while promoting positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families by providing emotional support, education, and guidance throughout the care journey.

Assess patient conditions, collect accurate clinical data, and interpret findings to determine appropriate nursing diagnoses.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, identifying and managing potential complications or adverse effects.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care strategies, and illness prevention.

Serve as a resource to colleagues by sharing knowledge and supporting team learning through informal teaching or preceptorship.

Recognize urgent clinical situations and activate appropriate emergency protocols when necessary.

Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

Prioritize workload effectively while coordinating multiple patient care needs.

Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration, communication, and participation in unit initiatives.

Utilize clinical technology and documentation systems to support accurate communication and care delivery.

Demonstrate leadership and accountability within the nursing profession while pursuing ongoing professional development.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
Required Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English

Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to changing patient conditions

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and patient care coordination skills
Preferred Experience
- Telemetry experience required

Pay Details: $84.00 to $89.00 per hour
