Job Overview
Adecco Healthcare & LigfeSciences is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our team in Stanford, CA. The Clinical Nurse provides hands-on, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices while working within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans

Provide education to patients and families on self-care and illness prevention

Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition

Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

Support team development through mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing

Utilize healthcare technology for documentation and communication

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-building activities
Qualifications

Active California RN License (CA-RN)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Pay Details: $80.00 to $85.00 per hour
