Clinical Nurse Manager/Supervisor of Clinical Services (RN)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, weekend/holiday rotation as required
Location: Onsite in Hartford, CT
About the Position
This position oversees all clinical quality components of home health agency services to include overall business and clinical operational lines while enhancing revenue and client satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards and agency policies and procedures. Will respond to and resolve client/family issues.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an approved nursing education program

BSN required
-
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut

Three years progressive home health experience required

Must possess progressive supervisory or leadership experience

Knowledge of various state/federal regulations.

Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation to and from the work site
