Shift: Days | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Schedule: Full-Time
Status: Non‑Exempt | Remote Work: Not eligible

Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant , you will support providers and clinical staff by assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and coordination of daily office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience and delivering high-quality, efficient care.
Key Responsibilities

Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments

Obtain patient histories and vital information
-
Perform routine lab procedures and prepare specimens for transport

Follow up on test orders and communicate results to providers and patients

Maintain and update patient electronic medical records (EMR)

Provide patient education materials and support patient inquiries
-
Maintain and clean medical equipment and order clinical supplies
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
-
Support overall clinical workflow and patient care

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education - Required
-
High School Diploma or GED
Certifications - Required
-
Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire OR
-
Active credential as EMT, NREMT, Paramedic, or LPN
Experience
- Preferred: 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
