Responsibilities:

Supports the health care team
-
Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols, delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

Acts as a professional role model for other team members using management skills, and assists in developing team members

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Required Technical in Nursing; OR Associates in Nursing; Preferred: Bachelors in Nursing

Required - RN (Registered Nurse) License - Florida Dept of Health

Required 5 years Clinical Specialty

Preferred Medical/Physician Office experience

Preferred Supervisory experience

Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required ACLS (Cardiovascular) if applicable
