What's required:
Education: Master's in Nursing Education, or MSN.
Licensure: RN Indiana License. Board eligible upon hire or within 12 months. Obtain nursing certification through ANCC within 18 months of hire.
Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in critical care - Emergency department, critical care step down unit, intensive care unit or surgical ICU.
Other Job Requirements:

Strong written/verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training, design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups for the measurement of training effects.

Knowledge of human behavior and performance.

Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
