Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health in Shelbyville, KY.
This is an on-site, full-time position with daily travel to patient homes.

Pay: $54 to $56
Type: Three-month Contract with possibility of an extension
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Coverage Areas : Shelbyville, KY including Shelby County and parts of Eastern Jefferson County
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing services in the home health setting, including start of care admissions, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing patient management in accordance with physician orders

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient care activities in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Monitor patient conditions, identify changes in status, and implement appropriate nursing interventions

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home care instructions
Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Minimum 1 year of home health experience required

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR required

Current CPR certification required

Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle required
