Duties : RN will be on standby from Friday @ 430 to Monday @ 8 AM. They will be making the ON call Hourly Rate during that time. They have a triage nurse that answer and facilitates the calls so the caregiver will not be taking outside calls they are expected to take any weekend schedule visits along with and emergency visits. will be paid at the 90.hr rate once in the field and on site.

Minimum Requirements:

Current RN licensure in state practicing

At least one year of Case Management experience preferred

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
