About the Role
Oceana County Medical Care Facility is seeking a dependable LPN/LVN to support residents on 2nd shift in a long-term care setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their skills and looking for a straightforward assignment with consistent hours and no interview process .
The facility is looking for strong, reliable clinicians who can step in and provide quality resident care with minimal onboarding delays.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Monitor resident conditions and report changes as needed

Document care and maintain clinical standards

Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident safety and comfort
