Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) - Raleigh, NC
Contract | 13 Weeks | Level 1 Trauma Experience Required | Local and Travel Rates Available
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a leading Level 1 Emergency Department in Raleigh, North Carolina. The RN will assume responsibility and accountability for applying the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room or other emergent critical care areas.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment.
Position Details
Assignment Expectations

Must be an experienced Level 1 ED nurse with 3-5+ years of emergency experience

Must hold TNCC and ENPC prior to start
-
Every other weekend required
-
Flexibility to:
-
Float to other ED locations
-
Take one 12-hour on-call shift per 6-week schedule

Work holidays as needed
Minimum Requirements
-
Current Registered Nurse License in state of practice

BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC (all required before starting)

3-5 years Level 1 ED

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
