Overview
Seeking an RN to support quality improvement, chart review, and regulatory compliance in a managed care setting. This is a non-bedside role focused on improving patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct medical record reviews and clinical audits

Investigate grievances, quality issues, and patient safety concerns

Ensure compliance with DHCS, NCQA, and CMS regulations
-
Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
-
Collaborate with providers and internal teams on quality initiatives
Requirements
-
Active CA RN license
-
2+ years in managed care, quality, or HEDIS/chart review
-
Experience with Medicare/Medi-Cal
-
Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
