Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse - Medical Group , you will provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, supporting physicians and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care using the nursing process and established clinical protocols

Supporting physicians and the care team in delivering outpatient medical services

Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team

Promoting quality, safety, and patient-centered care standards

Maintaining accurate patient documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations

Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education
Required:
- Technical degree in Nursing OR Associate's degree in Nursing
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Experience
Required:
- One (1) year of nursing experience
Preferred:
- One (1) year of medical office experience
Licensure / Certification
Required:
- Current State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
