Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a leading provider known for delivering compassionate in-home nursing and post-acute healthcare services focused on improving patient outcomes, continuity of care, and hospital prevention measures. This is a contract Registered Nurse opportunity based in Charlotte, NC.
Contract Duration: 05/25/2026 - 08/28/2026
Pay: up to 55.9/hr depending on education and relevant experience level.
Location: Charlotte, NC (South Charlotte, East Charlotte & Union County coverage area)
Weekly Hours: 32 guaranteed
Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
On-call/Weekend Requirement: None
Role Overview
This role is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant OASIS documentation. The ideal candidate is experienced in home health, comfortable working independently in the field, and committed to providing quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician-directed care plans

Complete OASIS assessments and clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines

Monitor patient conditions and provide education focused on health management and hospital prevention

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Maintain detailed and compliant documentation using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)

Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage territory

Ensure adherence to home health regulations, safety standards, and clinical best practices

Support positive patient outcomes through thorough assessments and follow-up care
Required Qualifications

Active North Carolina RN license

Prior home health experience required

Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently in a field-based setting

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.90 per hour
