Position Summary
Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APP) to join the Endocrinology practice at Pennsylvania Hospital. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a team-based environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the endocrinology team by evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of endocrine disorders. The APP will work closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Schedule
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient endocrinology setting

Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care

Collaborate with supervising physicians and care team members

Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Minimum Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Nursing

Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)

ACLS certification required
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in endocrinology or a related specialty

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
