Our client, a leading healthcare facility specializing in emergency services, is seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse to join their dynamic team in Cookeville, Tennessee . Pay Range: $33-$41/hr
Shift: 7p-7a (daysvary, will include EOW)

What's the Job?
-
Provide high-quality emergency care in a 35-bed department including trauma bays, critical care rooms, and clinic rooms.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
-
Participate in ongoing education and training, including specialized courses such as TNCC, ENPC, and PALS.
-
Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions.

Support the department's accreditation standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar-sized or larger emergency department or hospital setting.

Current RN license with a minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Valid BLS certification within 3 months of hire; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications upon hire or within specified timeframes.

Experience with arrhythmia management and critical care procedures preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
