Position: Cath Lab RN Supervisor

Shift: Days: 7am - 5:30pm with rotating day off (Mon or Fri)

Required Experience: 3 years of recent Cath Lab RN/EP Lab RN in a high-acuity cardiovascular procedural envionment. Minimum 1 year of charge nurse, lead or supevisory experience in a Cath or procedural setting.

Demonstrated experience supporting procedures such as:
-
Coronary angiography and PCI
-
STEMI intervention
-
Structural heart procedures
-
Electrophysiology procedures and device implants
-
Strong knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring, procedural workflow, and emergency response.

Ability and willingness to provide direct clinical support and staffing coverage within Cath and EP Labs as operationally needed, including participation in call coverage.

Job Summary
The Catheter Lab RN Charge manages patient care delivery. This includes supervising, evaluating, and customizing care plans. The Charge Nurse is accountable for patient care. The nurse ensures safety, delegates tasks, and accepts responsibilities willingly.

Qualifications

Associate's degree.
-
A minimum of (2) two years of practical nursing experience is desirable.

(ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support and (BLS) Basic Life Support are required for the job. BLS must be acquired within (30) thirty days.
