Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a skilled nursing environment in Goldsboro, NC. This facility functions similarly to long-term care and serves Neuro-Developmental patients in a structured, team-oriented setting. Staff enjoy manageable patient ratios, strong support from techs and RNs, and a clean, well-organized environment.

Shift Options
1st Shift

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

40 hours per week

Every other weekend
2nd Shift

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Skilled nursing facility with a long-term care feel

Long-standing partnership; extensions common for strong performers
Onboarding & Orientation
-
Orientation: First 2-4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

No RTO or call-outs permitted during orientation

First Day: Instructions provided prior to start; all staff begin on day shift

After offer, candidates must visit Employee Health for paperwork and medical documentation review
