We offer our RNs:
Clinical Practice. Uses the nursing process (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Implementation/Coordination/Teaching and Promotion, Evaluation) to guide practice and respond to patient needs.

Gathers pertinent data and information relative to patients' health status and needs and analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems or issues.

Identifies expected outcomes or goals of care based on a plan to individualize care and in collaboration with patients, families, groups, communities or populations served.

Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected outcomes or goals.

Nurses systematically implement the individualized care plan, facilitates the coordination of care with inter and intra-professional colleagues and employs strategies for health teaching and promotion.

Evaluates progress toward achieving defined outcomes/goals and change the plan if necessary.

Implements evidenced-based approaches to care.
Professional Practice . Expected to engage in professional role activities, including leadership, appropriate to their education and position. Accountable for their professional actions to themselves, their healthcare consumers, their peers and to society.
What you will need:

A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN

BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire

Current Registered Nurse License State of Illinois

1-2 years of previous experience in a clinical setting.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $31.62 - $50.79 per hour
