Shift Details: Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Must be willing to support all three locations

Training Requirement: Must be able to attend 3+ days/week for 6-9 weeks during orientation (based on training needs)

Ongoing Requirement: Must be available to work at least once per week post‑orientation to maintain MFM competencies
Minimum Qualifications
-
ARDMS: Must be registered in OB/GYN or Fetal Echo
-
ARDMS: Supports MFM research studies and meets AIUM detailed fetal anatomy exam standards (76811)

Demonstrates ability to independently perform complex and challenging exams
-
Subject matter expertise in advanced technologies and techniques

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
-
3+ years of OB experience, including at least 1 year in MFM
-
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)
Essential Functions

Prepares patients and performs high‑quality MFM ultrasound exams following protocol

Produces and documents complete, diagnostic images and ensures PACS transfer

Maintains accuracy in documentation, coding, and exam workflows
-
Follows safety, infection control, and equipment standards

Participates in MFM training, quality initiatives, and process improvement

Physical Requirements
-
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.

Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.

Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.

Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.

Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items. Often required to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.)

May be expected to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.

For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
