Part Time Transport Nurse Needed - School-Based Assignment

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a student requiring medical monitoring during transportation to and from school. This is a contracted, school-based role with a consistent weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Accompany 2 students during transportation to and from school

Provide continuous monitoring and medical support during transit

Manage and monitor feeding tube needs and seizure precaution

Ensure students' safety and respond appropriately to any health-related concerns

Communicate effectively with caregivers, school staff, and healthcare teams as needed
Qualifications
-
Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
-
Prior experience with feeding tubes (required)

Strong clinical observation and patient care skills
-
Ability to work independently in a transportation setting

Reliable and consistent availability for split shift schedule
