Facility Hours
Shifts are scheduled within these hours based on operational needs.
Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Tuesday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin LPN license
