Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring 1:1 School Nurses (RN & LPN) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year . These roles offer the opportunity to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to students in a supportive school environment.
?? Position Overview
As a 1:1 School Nurse , you'll deliver individualized care to a student throughout the school day while ensuring all care aligns with physician orders, school district guidelines, and professional nursing standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week

RN (BSN Required): $38/hour ($1,520/week)

LPN/LVN: $32/hour ($1,280/week)
?? Key Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 care based on student-specific needs

Monitor health status and respond to changes in condition

Follow care plans and physician orders
-
Promote student wellness and safety

Collaborate with school staff and healthcare teams
? Requirements
RN (BSN)

Active Florida RN license
-
BSN required
-
Minimum 1 year nursing experience

Recent pediatric experience required
LPN/LVN

Active Florida LPN license

Minimum 1 year nursing experience

Recent pediatric experience required
For All Candidates

CPR certification (if applicable)

TB screening (PPD/chest x-ray/questionnaire)
