Seeking a Clinic Care Tech, Medical Assistant, or a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in Essentia Health's Psychiatry clinic. This position will work Monday through Friday no holidays or weekend.

Medical Assistant or LPN (Salary $20.39 - 29.99)
You will assist the RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health.
You will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
You will care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in appropriate state, i.e. Minnesota, Wisconsin, OR current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR Verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire. (Must pass certification within two attempts)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.
Clinic Care Technician (Salary $16.82 - 25.05)
The Clinic Care Technician is primarily responsible for providing assistance with daily patient flow in the rehab clinic setting. These duties may include greeting and rooming patients, stocking supplies and linens, and cleaning exam room, ordering and maintaining supplies, assisting with clerical duties, and all other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:

Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative and select patient care tasks

Supports patient scheduling and work queue needs as assigned

Follows up on no-shows and works with providers to review and approve add-ons

Greets patients, supports virtual visits, completes identification verification, height, weight and obtains vitals

Chaperones exams as needed

Administers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record

May perform limited patient care tasks based on training

Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed, prints and updates forms, answers internal phone calls, and may place office supply orders
