Description:
Position Purpose:
The Nurse Supervisor works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Med/Surg Unit to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position is a great opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually.
What You Will Do:

Employment Type/Shift: Full-time 36-hour Nights

Supervises health care services including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, providing, and supervising direct care to adult day care participants.

Leads the development and ongoing review of each participant's plan of care to ensure continuity of care and medical oversight.

Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the participant.

Involves the participant's caregiver(s), physician(s) and outside organizations and agencies in the assessment, treatment and continuing care of the participant as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.

Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.

Prior relevant leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Certifications aligned with area of responsibility.

Minimum 3 years of RN experience preferred.
Pay Range: $39.47 - $61.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
