About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced, 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity, medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high patient volume and complex clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit

Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Manage staffing, workflow, and team performance

Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current Registered Nurse in the state of CT

Prior leadership or supervisory experience required

Rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Ability to supervise, coach, mentor and develop nursing staff

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Current CPR certification
