Job Description:

Schedule: Full-time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts (plus one additional shift for night on-call for after hours coverage)

Shift: Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

_Position will require occasional float to Minneola and Apopka_**

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Rinses, primes, and positions equipment, attaches tubing, prepares dialysate, calibrates alarms, sets monitors, and performs system checks.
Provides critical acute nursing care to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Performs patient assessments prior to treatment and proceeds based on assessments and physician's orders.
Obtains blood samples and other specimens as indicated or ordered.
Administer medications, blood, and blood products as ordered by the physician and according to policies.
Assess and provide care for patients related to blood pressure, weight changes, access patency, lab values, dialysate composition, and fluid flows.
