Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This is your chance to be part of a thriving outpatient surgery facility committed to excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supervising and directing nursing care across all clinical areas, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborating closely with medical staff and administration to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.
Managing facility operations, including patient scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Driving quality improvement initiatives through active participation in QAPI programs.
Ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient fiscal management in all clinical activities.
Supporting staff development through ongoing education and mentorship.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 15 years of leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Strong clinical background with a valid RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire clinical teams in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to ethical practices and delivering outstanding patient care.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management.
Computer literacy and familiarity with ASC operations.
